周思中博士，「生活館」有機農場創辦人，已在八鄉種植時令蔬菜和水稻九年；嶺南大學文化研究哲學博士，研究題目為香港農業與社會，育有一女。
Chow has been growing seasonal vegetables and rice in Pat Heung for 9 years. Having obtained his Ph.D. degree from the Lingnan University’s Cultural Studies Department, Chow is now focusing on Hong Kong’s agricultural development.
