She uses Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), as well as Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), with clients who have undergone trauma or have issues in distressed relationships.
Her first love is teaching and she obtained two degrees from the University of Hong Kong in 2008 and 2011. Her first degree was a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) and the second, a Masters in Fine Arts (MFA) in creative writing.
