As the mother of a newborn recently, Karen has no plan on stepping down from her career as the Co-founder of On Air Collective, a creative marketing agency based in Hong Kong. She has started the company 5 years ago with her sister. Since then they have built an agency that is the go-to for any cool fashion brand or restaurant looking to launch their business or a campaign with a bang. She believes there’s no such thing as an easy path to entrepreneurship, and being a mom makes that journey even more difficult. Yet despite the challenges, her role as a momtrepreneur is one she wears with pride.
