Karen因不滿現時缺乏女性領導者的狀況，於2015年創辦了{embrace} worldwide，總部設在香港、新加坡和澳洲。Karen結合國際領導思想及人類行為、正面心理學和神經科學的理論，發展出她自己專屬的領導哲學。

Australian born Chinese coach Karen See has lived in Sydney, London, New York and is now based in Hong Kong. With 25 years experience in marketing communications specializing in public relations, advertising and media strategy – and with regional roles in both Europe and the Asia Pacific – she can truly claim to be a global executive having overseen over 45 countries.
Dissatisfied with the lack of women in leadership, Karen co-founded {embrace} worldwide, a consultancy based in Hong Kong, Singapore, and Australia, in 2015. She has since been developing a proprietary leadership philosophy based on global leadership ideologies and scientifically proven principles of human behavior, positive psychology, and neuroscience.
As a professional coach, Karen utilizes her past experience in management, leadership, and corporate branding to help her clients build their personal brand story. Living with the mantra of being, ‘happy, confident and successful every day’, Karen believes we are all a constant work-in-progress and is committed to arming (all that will let her) with the tools to be a better version of themselves.
